It’s been a while since I’ve worked out, sad face, so I started looking for some inspiration. I’ve found Instagram to be a great inspiration and motivator for me to post progress pics and share my fitness journey. It’s easy and great to also find others who want to or already live fit, healthy lives. Find me @yoliworth🙂
The Sweat Pink community has always been a great inspiration to me since I joined. I’m happy to start participating and sharing again and can’t wait to “meet” more fit ladies!
This time around, I’ll see how long I can stick with my Fitbook.
I also like scrolling through the app, Fitness Buddy, for daily workouts and exercises. It’s a great app that has a little demonstration for each move, workout variations, exercises by muscles and more. There’s a free version, too, which is great if you don’t want to pay.😛 I’m motivated and inspired to work out just looking at the exercises because I want to be able to do them!
